Designed as a scenario-planning tool, it maps out the potential trajectory of the oil and gas workforce in Australia in the years ahead so that companies, workers and policymakers can make informed decisions and prepare for a (potentially) volatile future.
Prepared by AlphaBeta, the Preparing Australia's future oil and gas workforce report is a further step towards developing a common expectation about the potential future direction of the workforce in the oil and gas industry. It provides a starting point for a collaborative discussion as stakeholders prepare their business and workforce strategies for an uncertain future.
