Innovation Ready Roadshow

A series of free workshops for small to medium enterprises, senior managers, technology managers, entrepreneurs, researchers and aspiring innovators will be held across the country in June. The workshops will work through the six-step process identified in the recently launched NERA publication Are You Research Ready?

The workshops will address:

• How the art of collaboration is established through mutual understanding, trust and a common goal while recognising both parties want and need different outcomes.
• How to engage with third parties to increase innovation and unearth creative solutions.
• Ways to work through the six-step process to better equip your business.
• Why a well-formulated problem statement that creates options is key in the engagement process.
